W. A. Perry Dies After Long Illness

A Resident of Wallula Vicinity for 60 years--Funeral Pending

Wiley A. Perry, 87, years of age, a resident of the Wallula vicinity the past 60 years, died this morning at the Elmwood hospital after an extended illness.
Mr. Perry was born May 24, 1858, at Independence, Va. On September 30, 1881, he married Miss Mary Morgan of Independence, coming to Kansas soon after. Mrs. Perry died in 1904.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Will Florence, Sr., of Fairmount; Mrs. F. W. Bullard, Lansing; Miss Claire Perry of Berkeley, Calif.; three sons, Frank Perry of Salina, Kas.; William L. Perry of rural route two; Wiley E. Perry of Redwood, Calif.; one sister and three brothers, all of Rugby, Va.; 31 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
The body is at the Sexton funeral chapel. Funeral arrangements are pending

The Perry Funeral
Funeral services for Wiley A. Perry, Rural Route two, south of Lansing, who died Tuesday morning will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Sexton funeral chapel. the Rev. Douglas Donovan of the Wallula Christian church will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Muncie cemetery. The body will remain, at the funeral chapel until the hour of services.
