MILDRED SAMZ
Miss Mildred Samz, 33, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Samz of this city, died Monday at Evangelical Deaconess hospital, Milwaukee, following a lingering illness. Her parents recently moved here from Argonne, Wis.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday at the Specht funeral home, Mishicot, and at 9:30 at the Holy Cross Catholic church in the village. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Miss Samz, who was born in Argonne, had been employed in recent years in secretarial work in the Milwaukee Police department.
Survivors are the parents, brother. Sgt. Vincent Samz, stationed at Galesburg, Ill.; four sisters, Mrs. Henry Kurtz of Rhinelander, Mrs. William Fitzgerald and Angeline of this city, Rita, attending Oshkosh State Teachers college.
The body will be brought to the Specht funeral home Wednesday where the rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Wednesday.
