Amelia A. Haensgen, 100, formerly of Mount Calvary, died Wednesday, Feb. 19, 1992, at Rolling Meadows Nursing Home.

She was bom Jan. 16, 1892, in Mount Calvary, a daughter of Nickolas and Anna Koenen Olig. On Jan. 10, 1910, she married Simon Haensgen at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Mount Calvary.

Mrs. Haensgen was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church, the church's Christian Mothers Society and the Third Order.

Survivors include four daughters. Edna Martin of Kenosha, Marian Schneider and Lorraine M. Hebert, both of Fond du Lac, and Marlea Matthes and her husband Roger of Germantown; 14 grandchildren; 24 great-grandhildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren: and one brother. Alfred Olig of Fond du Lac.

Preceding her in death were her husband on July 9, 1952, four brothers and three sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Mount Calvary. The Rev. David Matenaer will officiate. Burial will be at the parish cemetery.

Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home.
