Rudolph S. Olig of 302 Rose Ave., a farmer in the Dotyville area for more than 30 years died at 5 a.m. Sunday at St. Agnes Hospital.
Born April 17, 1888, at Mount Calvary, he was the son of Nicholas and Anna Koenen Olig. He married Lena Kalt at St. Johns Church, Johnsburg, Nov. 18, 1913, and she died Mar. 19, 1972.
Mr. Olig and his wife moved to Fond du Lac in 1957. He was former member of St. Michael's Church, Dotyville, and presently a member of St. Mary's Church.
Survivors include, Miss Lucille and Miss Genevive, both of Fond du Lac, both of Fond du Lac, and Mrs. Claude Loehr of Dotyville; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Also surviving are two brothers, Joseph of Mount Calvary and Alfred of Fond du Lac; and three sisters , Mrs. Molly Haesgen, Mrs. Julia and Mrs. Margaret Wuest, all of Fond du Lac, two brothers and sister proceeded him in death.
