Rev. Justin Looper And Rev. Johnny Phillips Will Officiate With Interment To Follow In The F.A. Norrod Cemetery With Full Military Honors By The Veterans Honor Guard. Mr. Hoover Was Born On September 23, 1945, In Overton County, Tennessee, To The Late B.M. (Lon) And Roxie Murphy Hoover. Mr. Hoover Passed Away On Wednesday, January 14, 2015, At His Home. Mr. Hoover Was A Plant Supervisor At Russell Stover Candies Where He Worked For 25 Years. He Worked At General Motors Frigidaire In Dayton, Ohio. He Attended Lakeview Baptist Church And Helped To Build The Church. He Was An United States Army Sergeant Veteran And Was A Carpenter. He Is Survived By His Wife, Jackie Hall Hoover Of Hanging Limb, TN; 2 Daughters And Sons-In-Law, Mechelle And Rev. Johnny Phillips Of The Mineral Springs Community, Melinda And Rodney Phillips Of The Highland Mountain Community; 1 Son, Micheal H. Hoover Of Baxter, TN; 6 Grandchildren, Brittany Warren, Jon Micheal Hoover, Austin Phillips, Makayla Phillips, Grant Micheal Hoover, And Hunter Phillips; 3 Sisters And Brothers-In-Law, Marie And Rev. Coleman Looper Of Rickman, TN, Brenda And James Matthews Of Hanging Limb, TN, Barbara And Ronnie Poston Of Byrdstown, TN; 2 Brothers And Sisters-In-Law, Lonnie (Junior) And Wanda Hoover Of Hanging Limb, TN, Rev.
