She was formerly employed in the dietary department of Ben Hill County Hospital, H.R. Kaminsky & Sons and the Ben Hill County Magistrate Office. She was a member of Fitzgerald Assembly of God.
Survivors include her children Ann L. Tucker of Irwin County and Bonnie L. House of Rocky Mount, N.C.; brother and sisters J.B. Smith, Irene Hughes, Lois Parsons, Moddie Smith and Ruby Strickland, all of Fitzgerald, and Nellie L. Robinson of Jacksonville, Fla.; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today in the funeral home.
