Mrs. Thomas Costello of Spruce Hill, died at her home on Saturday morning of Bright's disease aged 70 years. She was one of the old settlers of that town, coming there 25 years ago and leaves a large number of friends to mourn her death. She was a warm hearted, generous woman, a good neighbor and mother. She leaves besides her husband, four sons and four daughters. Of the sons, Thomas, who lives at Grand Forks, came down Sunday. Another son and daughter live at the old home, and others are at Osakis, Long Prairie and Chicago. The funeral on Sunday from the Belle River Catholic church was largely attended.
