Joseph Baroun, 71, of Rt. 1, Whitelaw (Town of Franklin), died Wednesday
evening at Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Saur Funeral Home, Kellnersville.
The Rev. Arthur C. Senn will officiate with burial in Knollwood Memorial Gardens,
Town of Kossuth. Mr. Baroun was born July 25, 1903 in the Town of Franklin,
son of the late Joseph and Emma Konetczka Baroun. He married Adeline
Wenzlaff Jan. 12,1926, at Manitowoc. They farmed in the Town of Franklin
until six years ago when they moved to their present home.
Survivors include his wife, two sons, Kenneth, of Whitelaw and Marvin, of Rt. 1,
St. Cloud; two daughters, Mrs. John (Bernice) Denor, of Rt. 1, Whitelaw, and
Mrs. Merlin (Germaine) Luedtke, of Rt. 1, Cato: three brothers; Bernard, of Rt. 2,
Cato, Frank, of Manitowoc and Harry, of Kellnersville; two sisters, Mrs. Harvey
Fischer, of Brillion and Mrs. Peter Adamski, of Manitowoc; 16 grandchildren and
three great grandchildren. A brother, two sisters and a grandchild preceded him in
death. Friends may call at Saur Funeral Home after 4 p.m. Friday and Saturday
until the time of service.
