On May 29, 1934 she was united in marriage to Henry Engfer at the West Miltona church by Rev. Dryer. They continued to farm in Miltona until 1946 when they moved to Alexandria. The past two years they have lived in Minneapolis, where Mrs. Engfer passed away at the Abbott Hospital, November 19, 1968 at the age of 52 years.
She is survived by her husband, Henry; one sister and three brothers: Viola (Mrs. Daniel Porter) of Hopkins, Freddie, Raymond and Arthur of Alexandria. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Delbert.
Funeral services were held November 23, 1968 from the Zion Lutheran church in Alexandria. The Rev. K. K. Hill officiated. Interment was in Kinkead cemetery, Alexandria. Pallbearers were; Ronald Affeldt, Donald Affeldt, Rodney Affeldt, Duane Jacobson, James Engfer and Gary Engfer.
