Eugene C. Mueller, 73, of 1500 N. Third St., Manitowoc, died Wednesday, Jan. 30, at Holy Family Skilled Nursing Facility, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at St. Andrew Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. James J. Stamborski will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc. Military graveside rites will be accorded Mr. Mueller by Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 659 of Manitowoc.
Mr. Mueller was born Sept. 22, 1906, at Manitowoc, son of the late Charles and Ida Pfeffer Mueller. He was graduated from Lincoln High School with the Class of 1924 and married Winifred D. Hudson Oct. 10, 1935, at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. They resided at Manitowoc a number of years before moving to Milwaukee where they resided until 1971, when they returned to Manitowoc to reside. Mr. Mueller had been employed with Allis Chalmers
Tractor Division of Milwaukee from which he retired in 1969. He had been a veteran serving in the United States Army during World War II and was a member of VFW Post 659 of Manitowoc.
Survivors include his wife, a daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Richard Wacker of West Bend; four brothers, Harold and Richard of Manitowoc, Paul of California and Donald of Connecticut; three sisters, Mrs. Larry (Germaine) Geiger and Mrs. Mildred DeMuth of Manitowoc and Mrs.
Virginia Vukman of California and three grandchildren (private).
Friends may calll at Pfeffer Funeral Home after 9 a.m. Saturday until the hour of service.
