She was born on May 1, 1940 in St. Anna, daughter of the late Anthony and Mathilda (Koenigs) Krebsbach. Marietta attended school in St. Anna and was a graduate of New Holstein High School.Marietta had previously worked at Car-Quest in Kiel, Silver Moon Mink Ranch, Leverenz Shoe Co., Willowdale Nursing Home and most recently Tecumseh Products in New Holstein until her retirement in 2002. She enjoyed growing and tending to her plants and flowers. Marietta took great pride in keeping her house clean and orderly and would spend many hours tinkering to keep herself busy.
Survivors include her three children; Julie Reese, Fond du Lac, Gary (Paula) Reese, Oostburg, Tina (Jon) DeVillers, Elkhart Lake, her grandchildren; Jena, Anthony, Chris,Tiffany and Kody, great grandchildren; Amalia and Ebben.
Marietta is further survived by her three brothers; Orville Krebsbach, Gerald (Sylveria) Krebsbach, Norman (Patsy) Krebsbach along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother; Claude (Emily) Krebsbach, a sister; Lucille (Alvin) Daun, and a sister-in-law; Evelyn Krebsbach.
Entombment at Knollwood Chapel Mausoleum, Manitowoc.
