MRS. MARY FRAZIER DEAD.
Mrs. Mary E. Frazier, 308 U street, died last evening at 6:25 o'clock of old age, she being 83 years of age, and having been bed fast nearly all winter.
The funeral will take place tomorrow afternoon from the Frazier home at 2:30 o'clock, Rev. B. F. Boyle officiating, the interment taking place at Mount Vernon, where the body will be laid to rest beside that of her husband who died in Atchison in 1891.
Four children survive Mrs. Frazier. They are: G. E. Frazier, of Oklahoma, whom it is impossible so far to locate with telegrams; S. A. Frazier, of the First National bank; W. M. C. Frazier, who runs a successful green house south of town, and J. H. Frazier, who made his home with his mother.
Mrs. Frazier was born in Ohio county, West Virginia, January 27, 1826, and was married when only 16 years of age, while living in the same county. She and her husband came to Kansas in March, 1858, settling at Leavenworth, where they resided until 1881, when they came to Atchison, living here ever since.
Mrs. Frazier, despite her advance years, kept her mental faculties until the very end of her life, and while she felt perfectly ready and willing to die, she retained her interest in everything and everybody until the end. She was the mother of nine boys, four of whom are left. When her first child was born she was but 18 years of age and so had always been interested in their plans almost the same as an older sister. She is a woman who will be greatly missed by her family.

In 1865, (Unnamed) and (R) were in Leavenworth (KS USA) with the following family members:

George, male, age 21, born VA
Alonzo, male, age 19, "
Wm, male, age 17, "
Clayton, male, 13, born OH
Jas, male, age 12, "
