Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Zion Evangelical U.B. church in Denmark, with burial in the East Cooperstown cemetery with Masonic rites.
He was born in Glenmoore, Brown county, in 1877 and in 1905 married the former Ella Plantico. For 30 years he was connected with the Enz Brothers store and garage in Denmark and served the village as postmaster for many years. Later he moved to Kewaunee where he operated a store and meat market for a number of years.
He was also president of the Enz Realty company of Sheboygan.
Surviving are his wife: seven sons, Lloyd of Cooperstown, Harold of Kaukauna, Theodore of this city, Lester of Kewaunee, Dan of Denmark, Lee of Milwaukee and Hugo of Aurora, Colo.; two daughters, Mrs. F… Pittman of Kaukauna and Mrs. Ray Marcott of Green Bay; two brothers, George of Denmark, Louis of Waupun; two sisters, Mrs. Margaret Thein of Lark and Mrs. Emma Shelter of Chicago; seven grandchildren.
The body may be viewed at the Knutson funeral home, Denmark, …. moved to the church at 11 a.m. Thursday.
