Mr. Daniel Walter, who has been suffering some time from lung troubles, died Tuesday evening at five o'clock at 119 south St. Louis street, at his home of his mother, Mrs. Kate Walter. His age was 22 years and for the past seven years he had been employed at the South Bend Woolen company's mills where he was much thought of.
The funeral took place at St. Peter's church at two o'clock Thursday afternoon. The service was conducted by Rev. Mr. F. Ewald.
