Daughter of John and Eliza Rich Holley. Colleen was an avid Utah Jazz fan, and enjoyed spending time with her family on the "Holley Family Farm." She was a member of the LDS Church.
At the time of her passing, she was survived by four children, ten grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, two sisters, and three brothers. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Norma Elliot, Rita Amon, Rayola Holley, and LaWana Dallinga, and her brother Rich Holley.
