Eugene was born in Little Rock Arkansas on October 2, 1941, and was the son of the late Alex and Stella Dean. On October 2, 1971 Eugene married Miss Wanda Tarkington, and together he and Wanda have celebrated 44 years of marriage. Eugene retired from Plant 36 of Buick Motor Division of General Motors after 32 years of employment. Eugene was a dedicated husband. He was at his wife’s side everyday taking care of her every need, and when he was able he loved hunting, his love for life was his family.
Eugene leaves, his wife Wanda. He leaves also his five children; Teresa Link and fiancée Bob Norton, Sherry and husband Douglas Lurvey, Anne and Dave Ermlick, Edward and wife Sonyoung Lingle, and LaRonda and husband Chadd Leix. Also there are 10 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, three sisters, and several nieces, nephews, and other extended family. Besides his parents Eugene is also preceded in death by two brothers.
