He served in the United States Army Air Corps during World War II in the Pacific Theatre, Central Burma, and India Burma.
He worked for Wheaton Glass as a glassworker for 34 years and retired.
He was a member of the Millville Thunderbolt Club, National Wild Turkey Association, Cumberland Rifle Club, Amateur Trap Shooting Association, Veterans of Foreign Wars Bush-Kerrick, Post No. 2169, GBBA Local 219 and the Rodeo Cowboy Association.
He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. He was an Eagles fan and a competitive horseshoe pitcher. He enjoyed watching his grandson Zac play baseball, and watching his granddaughter Tiffani pole vault, as he did when he was in high school.
He is survived by his wife, Mollie (Zakraysek); one son, Dr. James Albert (Barbara) Beebe of Millville; two sisters, Viola M. Young and Mary R. Francois; and two grandchildren, Zachary and Tiffani Beebe.
He was predeceased by his parents, Albert Sr. and Viola (Smith); and a brother, Edward.
