Biography, "Daniel B. Wood and Family, William Horn and Family............" compiled by W. D. Wood (about 1904). This biography (80 pages) has a section titled "William Horn and Family" which runs from Page 10 thru Pg. 34; but, the Horn family is interspersed throughout the biography. In the bio, he makes the following statement:

"He[William Horn] had by his first wife one daughter, Bethelda, who was simple minded. I think she was the youngest child by the first wife. When she died, I have no record. I think before the Civil War, perhaps before 1850. I do not remember seeing her when at grandfather's in 1850 and 1851."
