Marcella A. Arnst, of Sheboygan, passed away October 29, 2016 at her home. She was 96 years old.

Marcella was born January 8, 1920 in the Town of Meeme, the daughter of George and Leona (nee Oshe) Hemb, Jr. As a child, she attended Pleasant Hill School. She was a life-long learner and took many classes and seminars to further her interests and to grow personally. Marcella worked in sales at Pranges, Worldbook, and other enterprises . Her true passion was helping others; she was a volunteer with the Friends of Mead Public Library, and worked with the Infant Hearing Screening Program through the Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.

Marcella is survived by her children: Dennis (Charlene) Arnst of Fresno, CA and Terrill Arnst of Edina, MN. She is further survived by her grandchildren Chelsea Arnst of San Luis Obispo, CA and Christopher Arnst of Fresno, CA, other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her former husband Emil Arnst and her siblings: George Hemb, Marvin Hemb and Annette Uhlig.

Graveside services will be held at 10AM on Wednesday, November 9 at St. James UCC Cemetery in Spring Valley.
