MIDDLETOWN - Ivah Angeline Goodwin, 96, passed away Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at Miller's Merry Manor in Middletown.

She was born in Middletown, Ohio January 24, 1920 to John and May Welch.

Ivah graduated from Burris High School in Muncie.

She was a homemaker and enjoyed Bingo and contests. Ivah also hunted and sold night crawlers, was an avid artist, and could fix anything.

Ivah was a member of the American Legion in Muncie.

She is survived by her son, Charles "Danny" Goodwin; daughter-in-law, Donna Goodwin; son-in-law, Harry DeHart; seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Ivah is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Chester Goodwin, Sr.; daughter, Cynthia DeHart; son, Chester Goodwin, Jr; one great-granddaughter; three brothers and eight sisters.

Cremation was chosen and there will be no services.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Elm Ridge Funeral Home.
