Joan A. Drumm, age 79, a Manitowoc resident, died Thursday, December 22, 2016 at Aurora Bay Care Medical Center, Green Bay.

She was born on May 27, 1937 in Two Rivers, daughter of the late Henry and Bertha (Ratajczak) Sturm. Joan was a graduate of Mishicot High School, Class of 1955. On September 7, 1957 she married Roland Drumm at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Mishicot. He preceded her in death on February 9, 2004. Joan was a member of the St. Clair Society and the Catholic Knights. She enjoyed volunteering at North Ridge Medical & Rehabilitation Center and St. Vincent DePaul Society. Joan also loved to play cards at the Senior Center.

Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law: Debra & David Weber, Francis Creek; one grandson: Daniel Weber, Francis Creek; one sister and brother-in-law: Diane & Ronald Wisnicky, Kewaunee; one brother and sister-in-law: Henry (Hank) & Bernie Sturm, Manitowoc; and one sister-in-law and two brothers-in-law: Faye & Donald Emley, Antigo, and Don Strazer, Illinois. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. She was also preceded in death by an infant daughter: Mary; and two brothers and two sisters-in-law: Karl & Deanna Sturm, Robert Sturm and Corrine Strazer.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 Noon Thursday, December 29, 2016 at St. Francis of Assisi on Marshall (1114 South 21st Street) Manitowoc. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. Dave Pleier. Cremation will occur after the service at All-Care Cremation Center, Manitowoc, and Joan will be laid to rest at Knollwood Mausoleum, town of Kossuth, at a later date.

The family will greet relatives and friends at St. Francis of Assisi on Marshall (1114 South 21st Street) Manitowoc, from 9:30 a.m. Thursday, December 29, 2016 until 11:45 a.m.
