Mrs. James (Clara E.) Reed, 91, Green Bay, died Thursday, August 29, 1996.
She was born Sept. 20, 1904 in Rantoul, Wisconsin to the late Carl, and Auguste (Riemer) Hillmann.
She married James in 1935 in Brillion. He preceded her in death Nov. 15, 1980.
She was a member of First Ev. Luth. Church.
She is survived by two sons, Richard (Patricia) Reed, Green Bay; Larry, Cooksville, Wis.; one daughter, Marles (Robert) Stanton, Shawano; Six great-grandchildren, Steve Sharlein, Clintonville; Dave Sharlein, Tigerton; Cheryl Manteufel, Pamela Rosenow, James Reed, Green Bay; Robert Reed, Greely, Colo.; eight great-great-grandchildren; three brothers, Henry Hillmann, Carl (Mildred) Hillmann, Milford (Helen) Hillmann.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Edwin and Roland Hillmann, two sisters, Freida Schnell and Goldie Kirby.
Friends may call after 1 p.m. Saturday at Findeisen Greiser Funeral Home, 617 S. Roosevelt St. Funeral 2 p.m. Saturday with Rev. Michael Dietz officiating. Entombment at Shrine of Good Shepherd Mausoleum.
