Russian River Flag (Geyserville, California).
Thursday, February 8, 1883, p. 2 col. 4.

DIED.---"MOORE---Near Geyserville Feb. 4, 1883, Electa, wife of C. P. Moore, aged 42 years. The deceased was able to attend to the usual household duties of wife and mother on Friday last, having two sick children to care for, one of which is said to be dangerously ill at presence, but on Sunday evening breathed her last. The cause of her sudden death was paralysis of the throat. The Grangers took charge of her remains, which were placed to Big Plains cemetery on Tuesday last. Deceased leaves a husband and large family of children."

Date Of Mrs. Moore's Death Being Sought.---"Information on the date of the death of Mrs. C. P. (Electa) Moore, former member of Healdsburg grange, is being sought by her daughter, Mrs. Bertie (Bertha) E. Miller, Box 111, Route 1, Wasco, Kern county, California. Older residents may recall the time as it was either February 5, 1882, or 1883. Mrs. Miller was too young to remember. Mrs. Moore was buried in the old cemetary near Lytton. She died in Geyserville."
