Beverly was born December 4, 1929, in Des Moines, Iowa to Cleo and Leona Smith. She graduated from East High in 1948. Beverly then married Harold Harker on June 25, 1948. She was an excellent seamstress and loved to sew.
During her lifetime she made over 1,000 dresses for various missions throughout the world, and hundreds of surgical caps for children going into surgery at Mercy hospital. She enjoyed teaching Sunday school,and singing in the church choir.
Beverly is survived by her husband, Harold; children, Harold Jr. (Donna), David (Betsy), and Vicki (Dean)Fisher, Sister Betty Boustead of Finley,WA. seven grandchildren; Julie Pettigrew, Stan Moberg Jr. (Heidi), Lori Babcock (Mark), Amy Collins, Matthew Harker (Charla),
Amber Bradshaw (Sam), Heidi Forest. twelve great-grandchildren, one great,great grandchild,and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, grandson Gary Harker, and great granddaughter Victoria Harker.
