Lillie V. Connell, 88, of Seneca, MD, died peacefully on June 15, 2017 at the home of her daughter.
She was the wife of the late Peyton ("Toots") Connell.
Born on November 26, 1928, in Boyds, MD, Lillie was the daughter of the late John and Agnes (Rogers) Beach.
Surviving is her daughter, Nancy J. Holmes and husband Jerry of Gaithersburg, MD; one brother, Joseph Beach; one sister, Helen Schwartzbeck; one grandson, Mark Norris; three great grandchildren, Rebecca Lillie, Ryan and Kaitlyn Norris and the mother of the great grandchildren, Ana Norris.
Lille was preceded in death by two sisters and five brothers.
Family will be receiving friends on Monday June 19th from 1-3 and 6-8 PM at the Hilton Funeral Home, 22111 Beallsville Rd. (Rt. 109), Barnesville, MD (hiltonfh.com).
Funeral services will be held at 10 AM on Tuesday June 20th at the Darnestown Presbyterian Church, 15120 Turkey Foot Rd., Gaithersburg, MD 20878.
Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Those wishing to donate rather than providing flowers may contribute to the Darnestown Presbyterian Church.
