He was the husband of Diane Hagen Beach.
Surviving besides his wife is one daughter, Kelly Ubiera of Damascus, MD; one brother, Joseph Beach of Damascus; three sisters, Frances Merson of Rockville, MD, Lillie Connell of Seneca, MD and Helen Schwartzbeck of WV; and three grandchildren.
Allen was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister.
Family will receive friends on Friday, December 9 from 5-8 p.m. at the Hilton Funeral Home, 22111 Beallsville Road (Rt. 109), Barnesville, MD (hiltonfh.com)
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, December 14 at the First Baptist Church of Gaithersburg, 200 W. Diamond Ave., Gaithersburg, MD 20877.
