Miss Ellen J. Burgess. 45, of 323 South Titus avenue, died at 4:45 o'clock yesterday afternoon at her home. She leaves her mother, Mrs. W. S. Burgess; two sisters - Mrs. Harry D. Boyce of Ithaca and Mrs. Elizabeth Halstead of Scranton, Pa.; four brothers, John W. Burgess, William S. Burgess, James R. Burgess and Victor L. Burgess, all of this city. The funeral will be held at 2:30 o'clock Monday afternoon from the First Methodist Episcopal church. Rev. William H. Powers will officiate and interment will be in East Lawn cemetery.
