He was a World War II veteran, nature lover, fisherman, avid golfer and lover of his family.
He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, two daughters, six grandchildren, and his two surviving brothers.
A memorial gathering will be held, Sunday September 20 at Clifton Center, 2117 Payne St., Louisville.
