Dolores A. Peters (Mrs. Norman A. Peters), 81 of Green Bay, joined the angels early Friday morning, September 15, 2017. She was born in Sugarbush on February 16, 1936 to the late Edward and Margaret K. (Pirlot) DeGrand and was the youngest of 12 children.
On July 23, 1957 she married Norman A. Peters at St. Hubert Church, Sugarbush. Together they ran a dairy farm in New Franken until retirement. Following retirement she cleaned homes for several families.

In her spare time she loved watching Wheel of Fortune, cooking and baking for whoever walked in her door, winning big at the Casino, sewing, quilting and time spent with her family including her grand-puppies. Dolores' love for her family just shined; especially when spending time with her great-grandchildren, they were her world. Anyone that met Dolores fell in love with her no nonsense, nurturing attitude that turned so many into "family".

Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Norman; their four children, Kathleen (Harvey) Anderson, New Franken; Karen (Mark) Bowers, Green Bay; Luke (Grace) Peters, New Franken; Donald (Diane) Peters, New Franken; four grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren, Jessica (Tommy) Miller (Stephanie, Tanner, Tyler, Carter, Baby Girl Miller); Jamie (Dani) Peters (Hudson); Jennifer (Jason) DeBauche (Carli); Jodi (Jon) Pamperin (Leila, Ariana, Owen); five step-grandchildren, Kyle, Russ, Jon, Jessica and Jimmy; one sister, Cecelia Zellner, Luxemburg; three sisters in law, Catherine Peters, New Franken; Marian and Marina Peters, both of Luxemburg; many nieces, nephews and godchildren. Dolores is survived by numerous others that she had taken under her wing as children and grandchildren.

Dolores was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters in law, Elmer (Leona) DeGrand, Norman (Marcella) DeGrand, Henry DeGrand; seven sisters and eight brothers in law, Elizabeth (Robert) Vande Hei, Rose (Peter Heezen)(Jacob Van Ven Roy), Mary (Antone) Drobeck, Agnes (Wilbert) Hazaert, Sister Mary Eugene "Julia" DeGrand, Margaret (Emil) Witek, LaVerne (Joseph) Kanugh, Michael Zellner; a special aunt, Stella Charlier, her father in law and mother in law, Joseph and Anna (Pigeon) Peters; one brother in law, Gerald Peters, and one sister in law, Verona Peters.
