Mrs. Loretta A. Fisher Smith, 69, widow of Ralph J. and a resident of 2610 Hull Road, died Tuesday afternoon in Providence Hospital after a lengthy illness.
Mrs. Smith was a member of St. Mary's Church and its Altar and Rosary Society.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Richard D. Keller, rural Sandusky and Miss Rosemary, at home; a son, Ralph J. Jr., Sandusky; nine grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Fred Ward and Mrs. William Ernst and two brothers, Edward F. and William A. Fisher, all Detroit and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her husband on Dec. 5, 1958, two infant daughters, a sister and five brothers.
Friends will be received after 7 p.m. today at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Richard D. Keller, 4012 Galloway Road, where the Rt. Rev. Msgr. Joseph H. Inkrott and the Altar and Rosary Society will recite the Rosary at 7:30 p.m. Thursday. Funeral services are to be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday from the Keller residence and 11 a.m. at St. Raphael's Chapel of Providence Hospital, Msgr. Lawrence Ernst, a nephew, officiating. Burial is to be in Calvary Cemetery with the Frey Funeral Home in charge.
Expressions of sympathy, if desired, may be made to the Providence Hospital building fund or the American Cancer Society.
