Ann M. Kujawski, age 56, a Manitowoc resident, died Sunday, November 5, 2017 at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, Manitowoc, surrounded by her family.

Ann was born on April 12, 1961 in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Richard & Lucille (Swokoske) Kujawski. She attended Riverview School, Manitowoc, where she was in Girl Scouts and ran track. She worked 30 plus years at Holiday House until her retirement. Ann enjoyed traveling with her parents, especially to Branson and spending time with family and friends. Ann loved country music, playing cards and enjoyed burgers at Bud Willmans.

Survivors include three nephews: Greg & Tracy Johnsrud, Manitowoc, James & Elisa Johnsrud, Cottage Grove, Jason & Cathy Kujawski, Kiel; one niece: Julie & Wayne Yindra, Port Richie, FL.; eight great nephews; six great nieces; four great great nephews and four great great nieces. She was also preceded in death by two brothers and one sister-in-law: James & Marilynn Johnsrud and Robert Kujawski.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, November 10, 2017 at St. Francis of Assisi on Grand - 1416 Grand Avenue, Manitowoc. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. Doug LeCaptain with burial at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.

The family will greet relatives and friends at St. Francis of Assisi on Grand - 1416 Grand Avenue, Manitowoc, from 9:30 a.m. Friday, November 10, 2017 until 10:15 a.m.
