Maxine Miller Green, 76, Died Tuesday, May 14, 2002, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, Miss.

She was a Member of the Harrisburg Baptist Church, the Harrisburg Merrymakers and the Telephone Pioneers.

Service were held at Lee Memorial Chapel with Dr. Forrest Sheffield Officiating and Rev. David Langerfeld Assisting.
Burial was in the Lee Memorial Park.

Survivors include her Husband, J. B. Green of Tupelo; Two Daughters, Susan Green Benson and Husband, Dr. Chris Benson, of Hattiesburg; and Luann Green Purnell and Husband, George, of West Point; Two Sisters, Rachel Barrett of Ball; and Anne Miller of Memphis, TN; Her Grandchildren, Jay and Libby Benson of Hattiesburg; and Susie and Ray Purnell of West Point.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, Robert E. Miller and Lois Ann Chittom Miller; a Brother, Horace Miller.
