He formally resided in Shoreham, Vt. and the Valley View Apartments on Walker Avenue in Vergennes, Vt.
He was predeceased by his parents; his father Edgar Turpin on March 4th 1959 and his mother Ruth Turpin on June 17th 1990, three sisters; Arlene Ruth (Turpin) Smith on March 10th 1992, Germaine "Polly" Ida (Turpin) Hrydzuisko on January 28th 2003, and Shirley May (Turpin) Bushey on September 12th 2011, one brother-in-law; William Russell Smith on June 5th 2004, and one sister-in-law; Mary Ann (Landon) Turpin on February 8th 2016.
Arrangements by the Brown-McClay Funeral Home on 48 South Maple Street in Vergennes, Vt.
Interment will be at the St. Genevieve Cemetery in Shoreham, Vt.
