Glen Dean Irey, 88, of Latham, Missouri, passed away Sunday, December 10, 2017, at California Care Center in California, Missouri. He was born on February 06, 1929, near Latham, to Reed and Florence (Allee) Irey.
He attended Latham School and graduated from Tipton High School. Dean enlisted in the United States Army on March 9, 1951, serving during the Korean War and was honorably discharged October 17, 1956. On June 18, 1954, he was married to Rosalie Bishop at Tipton. He was a life-long farmer and a member of Green Grove Baptist Church.

Surviving are his wife, one sister, two sisters-in-law, six children, 15 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Along with his parents, Dean was preceded in death by his daughter, Glenda DeAnn Woods, two brothers, James and Don Irey, one son-in-law, Mark Imhoff, and a daughter-in-law, Jan Irey.
