ANGEL OF DEATH IN WINNEBAGO
Mrs. John Nicholson Passes Away After Illness Of Long Duration.
Winnebago, Ill., Jan. 17. - The death of Mrs. John Nicholson occurred at her home on State road one mile west of the village at 6:15 o'clock this morning. The deceased had been an invalid for a number of years and death came as a welcomed relief of her sufferings.
Mrs. Nicholson was a native of Argyleshire, Scotland, where she was born in March, 1840. The family came to Winnebago county about thirty-five years ago and for thirty-three years have lived upon the same farm west of here. The decedent leaves to mourn her death, a husband, two sons and two daughters.
The funeral will be held from the family home Saturday morning at 10:30 o'clock with services conducted by the Rev. Mr. Axtell.
