THE ROLL OF THE DEAD;
HAYMAN---Policeman J.A. Hayman, of this city, received a telegram yesterday announcing the death of his brother, Leland T. Hayman, at 6 o'clock Monday morning. The telegram did not state where his brother died, but knowing that he had been in Jacksonville, Policeman Hayman left for that city at once. News reached the Tribune last night from its Arcadia correspondent that Leland Hayman died at Jacksonville suddenly and that his body would reach Arcadia Friday morning for burial that afternoon in Owens Cemetery. The deceased was about fifty years old, and had been a railway mail clerk running between Tampa and Arcadia and making his home in Arcadia. Besides his brother, Policeman Hayman, and the sister at Plant City, Leland Hayman leaves a brother, Carl Hayman of Arcadia. The deceased had been traveling recently in Virginia.
