JACOBSON, Mrs. Amanda Sophie Erickson of Taylor. Age 82. Died 7/5/1956 (Thursday) at the home of her son, Helmer Jacobson, in Houston. Services held 7/7 (Sat.) at Condra Memorial Chapel in Taylor. Burial in Taylor City Cemetery. Revs. John Giere of Fairfield and John Curtis, pastor of Assembly of God Church, officiated.

She was BORN February 10, 1874 in Sweden and was a longtime resident of Taylor. Preceded in death by her husband in 1930 and a son in infancy.

SURVIVORS: Mrs. O.B. Chambers of Thorndale, Mrs. J.W. Peachey & Mrs. Walker Ethredge of Galena Park, Mrs. Axel Anderson & Mrs. Doyle Clark of Taylor; 6 sons, Harry & Helmer Jacobson of Houston, Chester & Clyde Jacobson of Austin, Wilford & George Jacobson of Taylor; 25 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
