Rhoda was the daughter of John and Thankful Slade Weeks.They are buried in the South Flats Cemetery at Clarendon, VT. Rhoda married Chester Kingsley in Litchfield County, CT on 7 March 1804. They had sixteen children: Eliza, Horace Eaton, Harvey, Henry, Alathea, Harrison, Chester, Amos Weeks, Rhoda, Jane, Sabra, William, John W, Helen, Frances A, and William. Chester is buried in this cemetery also.
