Daughter of John Estridge and Phoebe Williams. Charity was born 6-15-1853 . She married Joseph Foreman 7-12-1877 Clay (age 24) Joseph b 10-1859 in AR.
Charity likely died late summer 1890, Joseph Forman executed a guardianship bond 9-5-1890 for John, Fannie and Steven, children of Charity Forman, deceased. Such a bond was probably required shortly after the death of a mother with minor children. This is consistent with information passed down from Charity's daughter Fannie and reported by Fannie's great great granddaughter, Susannah Rolfes: Charity was divorced from Joseph Forman and Fannie was about 13 years old when her mother died.
