C. STUDEBAKER JR.'S WIDOW DIES; RITES SET FOR TOMORROW

Mrs. Clement Studebaker Jr., 76, widow of the president of the North American Light and Power company, died yesterday of a cerebral hemorrhage. She was found unconscious Saturday in her home at 114 E. 6th st., Hinsdale.

Her husband, who died in 1932, was the son of Clement Studebaker I., one of the original five Studebaker brothers, South Bend [Ind.] wagon and automobile manufacturers. He left her about $2,000.000.

Mrs. Studebaker was the former ALICE RHAWN [emphasis added] of Philadelphia, Pa. She was married to the Studebaker heir on April 27, 1893. They had a son Clement III., and a daughter, Mrs. James M. Peticolas, who survive. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow in St. Paul's church, South Bend.
