Born in Oswego, he was a son of the late Edgar Ruthin Watts and Ruby Clark Watts. Mr. Watts was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church. He was a lineman with Black River Coop and he also farmed. He was a U. S. Air Force Veteran.
Surviving are one son, two daughters, six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday at Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery.
