Mary Ann P. Cullen, 73, of New Holstein died Thursday, Feb. 17, 2000 at the Calumet Homestead Rehabilitation center in New Holstein.
She was born Feb. 16, 1927 in the town of Charlestown, daughter of the late Otto and Marie Hoffmann Gebhart.
On May 29, 1947, she married George Cullen at St. Charles Church in Charlesburg. He preceded her in death in 1999.
Mary Ann attended grade school in Charlesburg. She worked for 42 years at the former Leverenz She Co. in New Holstein.
Survivors include one son, Dennis Cullen and his special friend Nancy Walsdorf of Kiel; one granddaughter, Jessica Cullen, of Kiel; two brothers, Carl (Margaret) Gebhart of rural Chilton, Donald (Ellen) Gebhart, or rural Chilton; two sisters, Delores (Elroy) Kasper of Chilton, Rita (Edward) Schmitz of New Berlin. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
A memorial mass will be at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Chilton. Rev. Michael Bigley will officiate. Cremation has taken place.
