She was united in marriage to Edwin G. Rickman, who preceded her in death. Later in life she was united in marriage to Pat Patterson, who also preceded her in death.
Mrs. Rickman was employed as a production worker at General Electric for 27 years and was one of the earliest people hired at the Selmer plant. She loved spending time with her family and friends, working crossword and other puzzles, playing solitaire and rummy, and watching Saint Louis Cardinals and Atlanta Braves baseball. Mrs. Rickman was Baptist in belief.
Mrs. Rickman departed this life on May 22, 2020 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 83 Years, 3 Months, 13 Days. She is survived by a daughter, Pat Rickman and companion Charlie Kemp of Jackson, TN; six grandchildren: Michael Rickman and wife Amanda, Brandon Baskins and wife Jennifer, Christopher Baskins and wife Destiney, Brandy Dawn Rickman and companion Rocky McCullar, Chasity Denise Dillon and husband Robert, and Whitney Lynn Dixon; 16 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; three sisters: Maggie Webb of MI, Linda Hurley of Ramer, TN, and Sue Pickens and husband Larry of Adamsville, TN; two brothers, Bill Comer of Michie, TN and Harold Comer of Adamsville, TN; and many extended family and friends.
In addition to her husbands and parents, Mrs. Rickman was preceded in death by two daughters, Pam Rickman and Rose Baskins; a son, Monty Rickman; four sisters: Mary Ruth Bishop, Louise Bishop, Brenda Comer, and Delois Comer; and six brothers: Ray Comer, Dubert Comer, Hubert Comer, Lee (Hambone) Comer, George Comer, and Charles (Buck) Comer.
