Ruann Carothers Looker and Louisa Parameter Looker.
According to a 1952 article about Towns Cemetery written by Percy Morse, Mr. Looker was the father of Sarah Looker Towns who is also buried in Towns Cemetary.

"Arvila Belle Looker was the daughter of Abraham Looker and Ruann Carothers, Abraham & Frank Looker were the sons of John Looker & Edith Cottrell Mathews Looker of Rockingham County, Virginia, and died in Hardin County, Ohio."
