Mrs. C. F. Heiden.
Mearl Marie Heiden, wife of Charles F. Heiden, died at her home, 1021 Seventh Street SE, at 7:20 p.m. Wednesday, following a long illness. Born April 1, 1897, at Shellsburg, she was married on Dec. 31, 1916, at Marion.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are a daughter, Leora L. Heiden, and a son, William L. Heiden, both of Cedar Rapids; five sisters, Mrs. Leo J. Rogers of Center Point, Mrs. Mabel Livermore of Cedar Rapids, Mrs. John Christensen and Mrs. Bessie Everly, both of Coggon, and Mrs. Ralph Daringer of Cedar Rapids, and a brother, Herbert D. Keyes of Washington, Ill.
Mrs. Heiden was a member of the Foursquare Gospel Church.
Service will be conducted in the Turner chapel at 10:30 a.m. Friday by the Rev. Herman Mullis. Burial will be in the Palo Cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel.
