Charles Avery Pullium was the son of James Taylor & Myra Elizabeth Martin Pullium.

He was married to Chesstina "Tina" Nichols and they were the parents of six children. Richard, Infant, James, Marvin, Hazel and Mary Francis Pullium.

Avery Pullium and Tine Nichols
1901 , Andrews, Cherokee County, North Carolina, USA

1901 Wedding Photograph - Exerpts from Blanche PULLIUM Johnson, my mother's book, "From Edward to Banister" - Avery and Tine lived in the "Happy Top" section of Andrews most of their married lives. For a brief time Avery lived at the Walker Fields, probably while his dad, Taylor, was living there. Avery did a lot of things for a living. He worked at a saw mill, did carpenter work, was night watchman at the tannery, and was a policeman in Andrews for ten years. On October 12, 1956, at the age of 83, he committed suicide.
