John Brogan passed away Wednesday night at his house in the south part of town after a long illness. Funeral services will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Church. Mr. Brogan had long been a resident of Moline and vicinity and was a highly respected citizen. He leaves his wife and the following children: Mrs. M. J. Conway, Mrs. E. B. Murphy, Mrs. Jos. Conner of Moline, Miss Edna Brogan and Edward Brogan of the home, Mrs. Ronald Fulk of Las Animas, Colorado, and Thomas Brogan of Moline. There are a number of grandchildren.
