Elizabeth "Libby" Webb Noble, 81, of 316 Parkway, Bluefield, died early Tuesday morning, November 20, 2007 at Cassell's Board & Care, South Avenue, Princeton.

Born March 9, 1926, in Bluefield, she was the daughter of the late John F. and Dorothy Webb. Libby was a graduate of Bluefield High School. She had retired from the Trust Department of Flat Top National Bank in Bluefield after many years of service. Libby was a member of the First Christian Church, Bland Road, Bluefield. Libby was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William A. "Tally" Noble Jr., August 30, 2007; a daughter, Karen Noble in 1978; and a brother, Johnny Webb.

Survivors: Her loving children: Susan McGuire and husband Steve of Knoxville, Tenn., Kathy Noble of Bluefield; grandchildren: Kristen Helton and husband Daren of Nashville, Tenn., Heather Lynn McGuire of Knoxville, Tenn., Lauren McGuire of Chattanooga, Tenn., Carly Fuller of Fraser, Colo., Noah Fuller of Bozeman, Mont., Collen Fuller of New York City, N.Y.; one great-granddaughter: Emma Grace Helton; siblings: Kenneth "Buck" Webb and wife Phyllis of Bluefield, Va., Joseph Webb and wife Jane of Elon College, N.C., Phyllis Miller and husband Frazier of Bluefield, Va., Sandy Smith and husband Arnold of Bluefield; a host of nephews and nieces.

A service of celebration will be held 3:00 p.m. Friday, November 23, 2007 from the Burns Wornal Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton with Pastor Danny Webb officiating. Burial will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens on the Courthouse Road in Princeton.

Friends may visit with the family on Friday from 2:00 p.m. until the service hour. Family and friends may share messages of love and condolences via www.memorialfd.com
