Reida Irlene Atwill Holding was born Sept. 1, 1925 on a farm near Lebanon, Ks. She was the 8th child of Nellie (Carpenter) and Art Atwill. She passed away October 16, 1999 at Cypress Cove Care Center, Crystal River.

She grew up and went to school in Lebanon and graduated in 1943.
She moved to Wichita, Ks. to help in the war effort and became a" Rosie The Riveter". While there she met her future husband Marvin J. Holding. They were married December 1, 1947 and were blessed with two sons; Kenneth E and Roger David.

Reida and Marvin moved to Bakersfield, Ca., then to Crystal River, Fl. where they found a forever home. There they opened up Marvin's TV, where Reida was co-owner and operator.

Later in life she was blessed with the right to be called Grandma. And she loved her Grandchildren.
She was a daughter, sister, wife, Mother, Aunt and Grandmother.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church, Women's Club, Women of the Moose and past volunteer at Seven Rivers Community Hospital and Key Training Thrift Store all of Crystal River.

Survivors include two sons, Roger, Crystal River, and Kenneth, Bronson; a brother, Bill Atwill, Stockton, Kan.; two sisters, Lona Reliham, Topeka, Kan., and Lucille Bausch, Fairbury, Neb.; and five grandchildren. Strickland Funeral
