Waller C. Koepsel, age 59, of 545 S. 30th St., Manitowoc, died at 10:40 p.m. Monday evening, 22 October 1962, at the family residence where he had a coronary attack. Funeral services will be at St. John United Church of Christ in Manitowoc, and burial will be in Knollwood Memorial Gardens in the Town of Kossuth.

Mr. Koepsel was born March 19, 1903, in the Town of Newton, son of the late August and Emma Waack Koepsel.

He married Meta Schmidt at Chilton on June 23, 1928. The couple owned and operated a cheese factory in the Town of Newton for 20 years. They then owned and operated Pigeon Lake Resort in the Town of Liberty for. seven years. They moved to Manitowoc 10 years ago, where Mr. Koepsel was employed in the re-j pair shop of Mirro Aluminum. Mr. Koepsel served as treasurer of St. John United Church building fund.

Survivors include his wife and two daughters, Miss Janet Koepsel and Mrs Alvin Lambries of Manitowoc, as well as three grandchildren. Also surviving are three brothers, Arno of Newton, Raymond of Manitowoc and Alvin of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and three sisters, Mrs. Hugo Behringer of Wausau, and Mrs. Leona Schroeder and Mrs. Erhart Cummings, both of of Manitowoc.
